Our humble refuge has always been built upon a few simple truths – fresh grub, inspired by surfin’ spots around the world, that can satisfy any beach-battered surfer; killer drinks like the “Shark Attack” and “The Wipeout”; and long, cool nights hangin’ with your buds.
It’s a creed we’ve been following since our founder, Bruce Rampick, opened the original Lucy’s in Manhattan in 1985, and the next iconic Lucy’s in New Orleans in 1992. It was a Big Easy transition to look further south – as far south as you can go – and open up another surfers bar with our friends in Key West, where a good time is always coming in on the next wave. So, whenever you want to hang, or kick back and change your perception for a while, stop on by Lucy’s Retired Surfers Bar and Restaurant. Bring your kids, bring your dog, bring your surfboard – take a break from the norm and let Lucy’s show you what it’s like to live on permanent vacation.
After all – vacation is just a mindset, man.
